Last week, we released several updates to AmpliFlow focused on making the application easier to use and improving the overall user experience, especially on mobile devices. We have also addressed some issues that could cause confusion when accessing improvements, made photo uploads on Android more reliable, improved how printed pages look, and fixed several bugs to ensure smoother workflows.

New features

  • Added a "Limited Access" view when you open an improvement you are assigned to but cannot fully access, showing only your assigned tasks and allowing you to manage or reassign them.
  • Introduced a notice at the bottom of printed pages, stating that the printed copy may not be the latest version and where to find the latest online, to help with compliance.
  • Enabled direct photo capture using the camera when uploading images on Android devices and mobile browsers, making it easier to add photos to activities.
  • Made the webcam modal more user-friendly and visually appealing on mobile devices.
  • Added the ability to toggle the keyboard for selection fields on mobile, improving usability.

Fixed bugs

  • Fixed a problem where resetting a new improvement form sometimes caused steps to disappear.
  • Resolved issues with uploading images inside iframes and on certain Android devices, making photo uploads reliable across platforms.
  • Addressed a bug where the improvement badge was not correctly placed on process charts.
  • Resolved issues with the reset and copy functions for activity and step descriptions, so these actions work as expected.
