Account registration and agreements for the AmpliFlow SaaS service are covered separately by our Privacy Policy SaaS.

Information collected through the website
We receive the information you provide in a form, such as your email address, telephone number where offered, name, company, inquiry or support description, and your newsletter preferences. The fields shown on each form determine what we request. Required fields are marked; without the required contact information we cannot deliver the requested response or subscription.
Submissions also include technical information used to deliver the form and prevent spam, such as the source page, submission time and browser interaction signals. Website delivery, security and error diagnostics can involve technical request information, including IP address, browser information, URLs and errors. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer information in website forms.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Inquiries and requested services: We use your information to respond, arrange a demo, deliver requested material and follow up your inquiry. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and managing business relationships.
- Newsletters: We use your email address to send newsletters when you subscribe or expressly request them through an e-book form. This is based on your consent.
- Security and diagnostics: Our legitimate interest is keeping the website and forms available, preventing abuse and resolving technical failures.
- Advertising measurement: Our legitimate interest is understanding which campaigns lead to business inquiries, as described below.
- Legal obligations: We may retain or disclose information where required by applicable law.
Accepting this policy on a website form does not accept the SaaS agreement, approve a SaaS AI provider or give blanket consent to unrelated marketing. Any consent required for a particular activity remains separate from the lawful bases described here.
Newsletters and withdrawal
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing info@ampliflow.com. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Submitting a contact or support form does not by itself subscribe you to a newsletter.
Analytics, browser storage and advertising attribution
We use self-hosted Rybbit for cookieless website analytics, including page views, navigation, outbound link clicks, campaign parameters and JavaScript errors. We use self-hosted Sentry for technical error diagnostics. These tools help us understand use of the website and investigate failures.
When you arrive through a tagged campaign URL, the website can store allowlisted UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers in session-scoped browser storage. The snapshot follows navigation during that session and is included if you submit a form. Identifiers include gclid, gbraid, wbraid and msclkid. Matched conversions and related click identifiers may be uploaded to Google Ads through its offline conversion import API.
Relevant click identifiers and related form metadata may be retained for up to 90 days for advertising measurement. Session storage is distinct from cookies and lasts for the browsing session.
Cookieless does not mean that all browser storage is exempt from consent requirements. Accepting this notice is not a substitute for any specific consent required for storage or tracking.
Recipients and international transfers
Our service providers support website hosting, form delivery, business correspondence and newsletter delivery. MailerLite delivers newsletters. Hetzner provides EU data-center infrastructure for our internal CRM and support systems in Germany and Finland. Rybbit analytics and Sentry error diagnostics are self-hosted. We do not sell your personal data.
Where processing involves a recipient outside the EU/EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact info@ampliflow.com for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your information.
Retention
We retain contact details and correspondence while handling your request and for as long as needed to manage the related business relationship, resolve outstanding questions and meet applicable legal obligations. Newsletter information is used while you remain subscribed; information needed to honour an unsubscribe request may be retained to prevent further mailings. Advertising metadata has the separate limit stated above.
Your rights and contact
Subject to the GDPR's applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Send requests to info@ampliflow.com. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we inform you within that month and explain why.
You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. In Sweden, the authority is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Third-party content and changes
External links and embedded third-party content, such as videos, involve the relevant provider's privacy practices when that content is loaded or used. Review that provider's information before sharing personal data with it.
Updates to this website notice will be shown on this page with an updated version date. This notice does not change the SaaS policy's existing address, effective date or contractual change provisions.
