Projects beta, Staff Appraisal activity types, and Teams SSO fix

Projects shipped as a first beta. A full project management capability built into AmpliFlow, not bolted on as an afterthought. You get projects with status tracking, tasks with subtasks and assignments, milestones, team roles, project-scoped files and pages, a timeline view (Eagle View), and real-time updates. The idea: your project management lives where your management system already lives, so strategy and execution stay connected.

It’s under active development. Enable it under Experimental Features in your account settings.

What’s new

  • Projects: a standalone project management capability inside AmpliFlow. Create projects, break them into tasks with subtasks, assign team members, set milestones, and track status. Includes a visual timeline, file management, and real-time collaboration.
  • Activities in Staff Appraisals can now switch between Value and Text types. If you started with the wrong type, you no longer need to delete and recreate it.
  • Stakeholder list gets a filter-by-stakeholder option, and the Standard filter moves into the table header with multi-select support.

Improvements

  • Projects got a rapid iteration pass the same week it launched: fuzzy search, timeline sort toggle, configurable table columns, groups in table view, discussion counts, task comment editing and deletion, quick due-date picker on hover, and project tasks now appear in your personal /tasks view. We’re using Projects internally for our own work, and more improvements are shipping at a rapid pace until we’re happy with it.
  • Label dimensions on custom ZPL print queues are now optional. The printer uses its own defaults when you don’t specify them.
  • AmpliFlow works in Microsoft Teams on iOS again for users who were affected by a login bug. Teams SSO silently failed on mobile for some accounts.

Fixed bugs

  • Calendar timeline rendering issue from last week is fully resolved.
  • Teams SSO login no longer crashes when no tenant context exists, fixing a login history database error on SSO-specific failure paths.
  • The text editor handles formatting edge cases more gracefully.
  • Archive badge in Projects showed the wrong count (included deleted items). Now shows archived only.
  • Browser back button from a project discussion used to skip back to the project list instead of the discussion. Fixed.
  • Drag-and-drop “remove from group” zone in Projects was silently broken. Works now.
