Release Notes 2025-12-15 to 2025-12-21

Last week we focused on making barcode capture more flexible and improving reliability across testing and data migrations. These changes reduce friction for users scanning barcodes, ensure migrated data continues to work smoothly in everyday workflows, and improve the stability of the app you use day to day.

New features / Improvements

  • Barcode scanning accepts more codes: You can now scan and save barcodes beyond EAN13, including shorter numeric barcodes such as 6‑digit codes. This reduces failed scans and speeds up data entry when working with varied barcode labels.
  • Smoother data migration to Activities: Custom Lists and Staff Appraisals now run on the same foundation. You should see consistent behavior when building templates, entering items/records, filtering lists, exporting, and working with linked data. Existing links and bookmarks continue to open the correct records.
  • More reliable app behavior in the background: We added under‑the‑hood reliability improvements to our automated checks so issues are caught earlier, resulting in a more stable experience.

Fixed bugs

  • Resolved errors that could occur during database updates, ensuring upgrades complete cleanly without interrupting your work.
  • Fixed issues related to deleting items so removals behave as expected.
  • Addressed minor casting and style inconsistencies that could cause unexpected behavior in edge cases.

Release Notes 2025-12-01 to 2025-12-07

Published
December 7, 2025

Last week we focused on making AmpliFlow faster to work with and clearer to navigate. You’ll notice more intuitive sorting, better keyboard navigation, improved loading feedback in tables, and easier filtering/searching when selecting templates and forms. We also fixed visual quirks (like rotated emojis in vertical headers) and addressed a reliability issue in tenant settings.

New features / Improvements

  • More intuitive default sorting across the app: Improvements now list the highest registration numbers first, dates sort with the newest first, and “references” sort with the highest first. The first click on a column header now sorts in the expected direction, reducing extra clicks.
  • Easier filtering on the Team page: You can now filter by users to quickly find the right team information.
  • Faster, clearer template/form selection: The template/forms selection modal now supports URL search parameters, so filters can persist and be shared, helping you return to the same filtered view without rework.
  • Smoother keyboard navigation: Tab navigation is more predictable and visible, especially when moving through buttons, checkboxes, and dropdowns.
  • Clearer table loading state: Tables now show a consistent loading skeleton while data loads, so it’s obvious when content is on the way.
  • Improved readability in vertical table headers: Emojis now display correctly in vertical text, ensuring headers remain clear.

Fixed bugs

  • Prevented unintended setting flips in tenant configuration: A bug that could toggle settings instead of setting them explicitly has been fixed, improving reliability.
  • Corrected emoji rotation in vertical headers: Emojis are wrapped to prevent odd rotation and display issues.
  • Improved sorting consistency on the ORA page: Additional sorting rules ensure results appear in the order users expect.
  • Resolved an issue where table loading indicators did not appear: Loading indicators now display as intended during data fetches.
  • Minor Swedish localization fixes: Several small typos were corrected to improve clarity.

Release Notes 2025-11-24 to 2025-11-30

Last week we focused on making shared links clearer and printing from checklist reports more reliable. We also improved how features are turned on or off to reduce accidental changes.

New features / Improvements

  • Clearer, more accurate link titles when sharing: Copied links now show context-aware titles that reflect exactly what you’re viewing, including the correct area and meaningful identifiers (for example, a deviation will include its number). This prevents confusion when sharing links from pages with open modals or overlays.

Fixed bugs

  • Printing for checklist reports: You can now print all pages of a checklist report (not just the first page). This makes it easier to print complete results when reviewing multiple checklist runs for a batch, including the registered values tied to a production batch.
