Release Notes 2026-01-26 to 2026-02-01

Published

Last week we focused on making AmpliFlow’s Improvements area clearer, more reliable, and easier to export. Users will notice better handling of archived/disabled users, clearer validation feedback, protection against losing unsaved work, and the ability to export all improvement pages to Excel.

New features / Improvements

  • Export all pages of Improvements to Excel: You can now export the entire Improvements list, not just the current page, making reporting and offline analysis easier.
  • Clear handling of disabled/archived users: Disabled users are now visibly marked with a gray X on their avatar and have clear tooltips explaining their status. Previously selected archived users appear in a dedicated “Disabled users” section where you can unselect them if needed.

Fixed bugs

  • Disabled user display and tooltip: Restored the gray X overlay on disabled user avatars and improved tooltips, including in stacked views, so you can immediately understand why a user cannot be assigned.
  • Show archived involved users in Improvements: Archived users associated with an improvement are now shown instead of disappearing, so historical context is preserved and you can unselect them if required.
  • Validation messages and styling in Improvements: Validation errors are now clearly highlighted with consistent styling and messages, helping you fix issues faster when creating or editing improvements.
  • Forms and templates no longer reset unexpectedly: Modals for forms, templates, and new improvements will not discard your unsaved changes when background data refreshes, reducing accidental loss of work.
  • Stability improvements for custom lists: Fixed issues with certain custom list activities that had broken links, improving data consistency.

Last week’s AmpliFlow update focused on smoother navigation, clearer visuals, faster loading, and more reliable goal and checklist workflows. We also addressed several bugs affecting selections and list counts, and made behind-the-scenes security improvements to protect your data.

New features / Improvements

  • Faster login and initial load: The app now loads noticeably quicker due to smarter loading of screens and components. Expect a snappier start, especially on the login page.
  • Clearer navigation to Pages: Going to /pages now takes you straight to the root of your Pages folder for a consistent entry point.
  • Consistent archiving of goals: When you archive a goal, any sub-goals without another active parent are archived with it. This keeps your goal trees tidy and avoids orphaned items.
  • Improved icon visibility: The “Table view” icon is now clearly visible on hover, and view icons are aligned for clarity across checklist reports and checklist pages.
  • Rich-text image uploads for improvements: You can attach images when registering improvements, with previews and validation to ensure quality submissions.

Fixed bugs

  • Selection options in improvements: Fixed an issue where selectable options weren’t working correctly when reporting improvements, so your choices now save as expected.
  • Custom list selections in tables: Selection values in CustomListItem tables now handle long content without breaking the layout, keeping options readable and usable.
  • Multi-select activity type in custom lists: Corrected multi-select behavior and the checklist “active” counts so numbers in the column and the modal match.
  • Stability and routing corrections: General pipeline and routing reliability issues investigated and resolved to prevent disruptions.
  • Security improvements: Resolved a data isolation issue in staff appraisals to prevent cross-tenant data mix-ups and cleaned up stray records. Your data remains accurate and tenant-isolated.

Release Notes 2026-01-12 to 2026-01-18

Published
January 18, 2026

Last week we focused on making uploads and bulk updates in AmpliFlow faster and clearer. You’ll see a simpler upload flow, clearer completion actions, and a new way to update many items at once. We also improved overall reliability and performance behind the scenes.

New features / Improvements

  • Clearer multi-file and photo uploads: The uploader now indicates when you can add multiple files or photos, reducing confusion and re-tries.
  • Streamlined upload actions: We removed the old “Replace” option in file uploads. You can now download or delete files directly, which makes managing files more predictable.
  • Smarter completion prompts: When you add at least one file or photo, you’ll see a clear “Mark Completed” option with guidance so you can finish the activity with confidence.
  • Less clutter, fewer steps: We removed the “Reset” button and the “All activities are done” alert to cut distractions and prevent accidental resets.
  • Bulk edit capabilities: You can now make changes to many items at once, similar to bulk import. This saves time on repetitive edits and keeps data consistent.

Fixed bugs

  • Resolved confusing buttons in upload activities: Removed the extra “Mark as completed” button that appeared above “Mark as reviewed,” and adjusted the layout so the completion button no longer blends with the Finalize button.

Thank you for using AmpliFlow, please don't hesitate to contact support with suggestions for future development or bug reports.

Release Notes 2026-01-05 to 2026-01-11

Published
January 11, 2026

Last week’s updates to AmpliFlow focused on clearer information in custom lists, smoother file uploads, and a new experimental feature to see KPI trends over time and accumulated KPI data. These changes aim to reduce confusion, improve day-to-day workflows, and give early access to more insightful performance views.

New features / Improvements

  • New KPI Trend Analysis and accumulated KPIs (beta): Under Experimental Features, you can now explore monthly and cumulative KPIs with comparison to previous periods and simple forecasts. The view aligns labels and visuals with each KPI’s “good/bad” direction, handles partial months and data gaps more gracefully, and supports smaller screens and keyboard navigation. Existing KPI views remain unchanged if you do not enable the beta.
  • Rich text and Markdown for custom list descriptions: When creating or editing custom list descriptions, you can format text with headers, bold, italics, and lists. Descriptions now display as clean, readable content in the app, improving clarity for teams that rely on guidance within list descriptions.

Fixed bugs

  • Custom list item tables now show referenced list titles: When viewing items that reference other custom lists, the titles of those referenced lists are now visible, removing ambiguity and making cross-references easier to understand.
  • File uploads work reliably on all custom list items: Users can upload files to custom list items where uploads previously failed, restoring expected workflows for attaching documents and evidence.

Thank you for using AmpliFlow, please don't hesitate to contact support with suggestions for future development or bug reports.

Last week we focused on making AmpliFlow smoother to use, especially around checklists, tasks, and custom lists. Users should see clearer labels, more reliable actions when finalizing steps, faster task assignment, and restored ability to upload files in custom lists. We also made behind-the-scenes style updates to keep the app future-proof without changing how you work day to day.

New features / Improvements

  • Future-proof styling: We updated our styling approach behind the scenes to keep performance healthy and ensure long-term compatibility. There is no change to how the interface looks or works for you.

Fixed bugs

  • Restored “Add page” button in Pages: Users who were missing the “Add page” button can now add pages as expected.
  • Faster “assign user to task”: Assigning a user to a task is now quicker and more responsive, especially in larger tenants.
  • Finalize step shows the correct state: After clicking “Confirm finalize step,” the checklist now switches to the finalized step card immediately, avoiding confusion.
  • File uploads in custom lists: Customers can again upload files in custom list items without confusing errors.
  • Clearer custom list item names: Custom list items no longer show “Unnamed item” in tables or when adding new items. Titles now use only meaningful referenced values, resulting in accurate, readable names.
