Published

Last week’s updates to AmpliFlow focus on clearer navigation, smoother browsing in Pages, more accurate permissions, and a better viewing experience for images in rich text fields. We also made behind-the-scenes improvements to reliability and testing to prevent similar issues from recurring.

New features

  • Open image previews in rich text fields: You can now open and preview images directly from RTF fields, making it faster to review embedded visuals without leaving the page.
  • Experimental Features tab in Tenant Settings: The former AI tab is now called Experimental Features, clearly signaling that these options are beta/experimental.

Improvements

  • Scalable Pages explorer: The navigation tree in Pages scales better on different screen sizes and content depths and allow you to manually resize it, making it easier to browse and manage complex page structures.
  • Clearer permissions in navigation: Menu items for Pages are now hidden if you don’t have access.
  • Improvement Dashboard filtering behavior: Group By filters now behave predictably when you clear selections, so you won’t end up with an empty view caused by a misapplied filter.
  • General reliability and performance: We removed an older state management dependency and refined tests and endpoints to support a more stable experience over time.
  • Security improvements: We refined how API credentials are handled in requests to align with best practices.

Fixed bugs

  • General UI fixes: Minor issues addressed to keep toggles and interactions working as expected.

Release Notes 2025-09-08 to 2025-09-14

Last week’s updates to AmpliFlow focused on clearer guidance when leaving unsaved work, ensuring forms remain complete after edits, smoother photo handling in custom lists, and a more informative Improvement Dashboard. Together, these changes reduce confusion, prevent accidental data loss, and make everyday tasks faster and more reliable.

New features

  • Clearer “You have changes” warning: When you try to leave a page or modal with unsaved changes, the updated confirmation explains more clearly that proceeding will discard unsaved edits and guides you to save first if you don’t want to lose work.

Improvements

  • Improvement Dashboard readability: Chart titles are back and the layout is tidied up, making it easier to understand your data at a glance.

Fixed bugs

  • Form validation integrity for Analyze and Act steps: You can no longer publish a form and later bypass the requirement to have at least one activity in Analyze and Act by deleting or moving activities after publishing. This prevents incomplete workflows.
  • Reliable photos in Custom List Items: Photos now load and display correctly by using the right connection to their parent item. After editing a Custom List, the list refreshes automatically so you immediately see your latest changes.
  • General stability improvements: Various under‑the‑hood fixes to keep creation and editing flows running smoothly.

Last week’s AmpliFlow update focused on making it easier for users to work with checklists, improvement forms, and attachments. We resolved several issues that could interrupt your workflow and made improvements to how templates and reports behave, especially when copying or archiving them. These changes help ensure you can manage your processes smoothly, with fewer errors and clearer information.

New features

  • You can now add multiple photos and files to checklist and improvement activities, making it easier to document work and share supporting information.

Improvements

  • When opening a dropdown tree selection in pages, the system will now automatically expand to the selected node, helping you find what you need faster.
  • Checklist template report pages now display the name of the checklist template, even when it has been archived, making it easier to identify archived templates.

Fixed bugs

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from saving changes to improvement forms that were copied from templates.
  • Addressed a problem where copied checklist templates sometimes did not include the latest published version, ensuring that new copies reflect your most recent updates.
  • Resolved a bug that stopped users from deleting activities that had attachments; you can now remove these without first removing the attachments.
