Last week, we focused on enhancing the AmpliFlow application by addressing several issues and improving the overall user experience. Here's a summary of what we accomplished:

Improvements

  • Enhanced the layout and visibility of empty table states ensuring a more consistent display across devices.
  • Improved the performance of data retrieval operations by optimizing query execution, leading to faster application response times for end-users.
  • Updated the user interface to ensure that text descriptions remain intact when adding or modifying activities and steps.
  • Added Rich Text formatting to fields in improvements and checklist templates. For instance you can now be bolder in your description of a checklist or the message for an improvement.

Fixed bugs

  • Fixed a problem that caused page content to clear unexpectedly when using the Move Page feature.
  • Corrected an issue where adding new activities or steps cleared sometimes cleared out description of other activities and steps.

  • Updated translations in improvement forms and templates to provide better clarity and consistency in English and Swedish interfaces.
  • Standardized button sizes across components.

Fixed bugs

  • Resolved an issue where the "Edit Shared Steps" page would crash due to attachments, ensuring a stable editing experience.
  • Fixed the problem of uploaded images sometimes not appearing in edit mode of Pages, so users can now see and manage their images as expected.
  • Excluded archived highlighted risks from process steps to avoid clutter and confusion.

Last week, we made several exciting updates to AmpliFlow. We've added new features to make managing photos and templates more intuitive, improved user permissions, and fixed various bugs to ensure smoother interactions.

New Features

  • Added previewable and openable thumbnails for photos in checklist reports, allowing you to quickly view images without navigating away. (Applies to newly uploaded photos only, historic photos will be handled in the coming weeks).
  • Introduced image thumbnails in custom lists, so you can easily see a preview of photos associated with list items.
  • Converted template description fields to support rich text formatting (markdown), making it easier to include links and formatted text for better communication. We will add this functionality to other text fields over time. Got a specific field you long for? Reach out!
  • Implemented new permissions for "Pages," giving owners, editors, and viewers more control over content management. Making Pages beta 1 step closer to being available for all customers.

Improvements

  • Improved user history representation by clearly displaying usernames of archived users, with strikethroughs for better clarity.

Fixed Bugs

  • Resolved an issue where archived users displayed as "Not Found" in the history, ensuring accurate historical records.
  • Fixed inconsistencies in search functionality within checklist reports, so you can reliably find the checklists you need.
  • Addressed an issue where users and teams were sometimes unexpectedly removed from their roles, maintaining consistent role assignments. We are working on a fix to restore these "missing users and teams".
