Last week, we focused on making AmpliFlow faster, more reliable, and easier to use. We introduced new features to give you more control over what you see on your KPI dashboard, and we worked on improving the speed and consistency of common tasks like assigning users and loading lists. Several bugs that could cause slowdowns or unexpected errors have also been fixed, resulting in a smoother and more predictable experience.

New features

  • You can now choose to show or hide individual KPIs. This is done by editing individual KPIs and selecting to hide on main page or not.

Improvements

  • Improved the performance and responsiveness of assigning or removing users from tasks and checklists, so changes you make will now appear more quickly.
  • Enhanced the speed of loading large lists and related information within the app, making navigation and data access faster.
  • Added default sorting by user name in user lists, making it easier to find and manage users.

Last week, we released several updates to AmpliFlow focused on making the application easier to use and improving the overall user experience, especially on mobile devices. We have also addressed some issues that could cause confusion when accessing improvements, made photo uploads on Android more reliable, improved how printed pages look, and fixed several bugs to ensure smoother workflows.

New features

  • Added a "Limited Access" view when you open an improvement you are assigned to but cannot fully access, showing only your assigned tasks and allowing you to manage or reassign them.
  • Introduced a notice at the bottom of printed pages, stating that the printed copy may not be the latest version and where to find the latest online, to help with compliance.
  • Enabled direct photo capture using the camera when uploading images on Android devices and mobile browsers, making it easier to add photos to activities.
  • Made the webcam modal more user-friendly and visually appealing on mobile devices.
  • Added the ability to toggle the keyboard for selection fields on mobile, improving usability.

Fixed bugs

  • Fixed a problem where resetting a new improvement form sometimes caused steps to disappear.
  • Resolved issues with uploading images inside iframes and on certain Android devices, making photo uploads reliable across platforms.
  • Addressed a bug where the improvement badge was not correctly placed on process charts.
  • Resolved issues with the reset and copy functions for activity and step descriptions, so these actions work as expected.

Last week, we made several updates to AmpliFlow to improve usability, reliability, and data accuracy. These changes include better handling of teams and templates, improved formatting for descriptions, enhanced chart visuals, and smoother experiences for users on mobile devices and within Microsoft Teams. We also addressed specific bugs that impacted how users interact with checklists and folders.

New features

  • Added the ability to control the on-screen keyboard for dropdown selections on mobile devices, making it easier to enter information when using AmpliFlow on your phone or tablet.
  • Introduced advanced editing options (RTF/Markdown) in more description fields within improvement forms and checklist templates, allowing for richer formatting and clearer communication.
  • Enhanced images handling so that when you copy or import templates, any images included are also copied, preventing accidental changes to original files.

Improvements

  • Improved the appearance and accuracy of KPI charts by removing misleading zero values and enhancing table layouts, making report data clearer and easier to interpret.
  • Added support for line breaks in custom list pages, improving readability for longer lists and notes.

  • Improved how null values are displayed in KPI charts, ensuring that missing data is not shown as zero and making the charts more accurate.
  • Addressed several minor bugs affecting user experience within Microsoft Teams, including improved login and image display.
