Release Notes 2025-11-17 to 2025-11-23

Published
November 23, 2025

Last week’s updates to AmpliFlow focused on making PDF reports clearer and more space‑efficient, giving you more control over how templates look, and smoothing day‑to‑day work with better table navigation and clearer modals. We also removed a blocker when copying templates so you can reuse your best work faster.

New features

  • Choose font size for PDF templates: Set a global font size for exported reports to match your needs.
  • Limit image width in PDFs: Set a maximum image width (as a percent) so photos don’t dominate multi‑column layouts.
  • Copy templates from draft or published: When copying a template, pick whether to copy the latest draft or the published version, letting you reuse work even if a draft exists.
  • Table page size selector: Pick how many rows to show per table (10/25/50/100/150). Your preference is remembered across sessions on the same device.

Improvements

  • Clearer Edit PDF Template experience: Simpler inputs for rows/columns, a reorganized Utilities area (Header/Footer vs Content), clearer guidance on where elements can be used, a horizontal line utility, and Template title moved to Utilities for easier placement.
  • Better space usage in PDFs: Reduced padding and whitespace so more real information fits on each page.
  • Flexible activity display in PDFs: Choose label/value orientation (horizontal or vertical) or hide labels entirely when they’re not needed (for example, photos).
  • Hide overflow in PDFs: Content that extends past layout boundaries can be clipped to keep reports tidy in edge cases.
  • Cleaner headers and footers in PDFs: Watermark positioned bottom‑center with smaller text and logo adjustments to avoid overlapping content.
  • Clearer modal titles: Dialogs now show more informative, context‑aware titles, making it easier to understand what you’re working on at a glance.

Fixed bugs

  • Couldn’t copy a template if a draft existed: You can now copy from the draft or the published version without deleting or publishing the draft first.

Release Notes 2025-11-10 to 2025-11-16

Last week we focused on making AmpliFlow clearer and faster to use. You can now enable a more informative dashboard that surfaces what needs your attention first, and more accurate previews when designing PDF templates. We also spent significant effort improving test coverage and stability behind the scenes to reduce flakiness, which helps keep the app reliable.

New features

  • Dashboard: Added a new beta feature "dashboard" with four widgets so you can see what matters at a glance:
    • Checklists grouped by template with status breakdowns
    • Tasks
    • Improvements sorted by severity
    • Quick Links for your shortcuts

Improvements

  • PDF template preview uses real data: Previews now use the same backend generator as the final PDF, giving you a much more accurate first-page preview and reducing confusion while you design templates.
  • Stakeholder filters: Added missing archived filters so you can include or exclude archived items as needed, helping you zero in on current stakeholders more easily.

Last week we focused on making AmpliFlow smoother to use on mobile, clearer in forms, and more predictable when managing checklists and permissions in Pages. These updates reduce confusion, prevent data from being hidden unintentionally, and improve reliability when editing content on the go.

New features / Improvements

  • Pages: More precise access control with clear permission inheritance and overrides. You can now set unique permissions on folders/pages/files, with visual indicators when custom permissions apply. Empty folders you can’t access won’t leak information, and history now tracks permission changes for transparency.
  • Pages: Folder selection respects your permissions. Read-only folders are visible but disabled for create/move actions, helping you choose valid locations without trial and error.
  • Pages: Clearer permission settings experience. You’ll see where permissions are inherited from, get guidance if an Owner is missing, and access a history of changes.

Fixed bugs

  • Pages: Search now highlights found text correctly, making it easier to locate content within a page.
  • Pages on Microsoft Teams (mobile): Editing pages with mixed text and images no longer breaks. Image previews are stable, and the editor works reliably on phones.
  • Environmental Aspects form: We corrected a duplicate Swedish label. The field for suggested environmental targets now reads “Föreslaget miljömĂĄl,” avoiding confusion with “Hanteras i följande process-/er.”

Release Notes 2025-10-20 to 2025-10-26

October 26, 2025

Last week’s updates to AmpliFlow focused on making reports clearer, training plans easier to manage, and everyday workflows smoother by removing unnecessary prompts and fixing edge-case issues that disrupted navigation and text editing.

New features / Improvements

  • Show training plans users with avatars: Quickly find who needs training using a visual avatar selector instead of long name lists
  • The app no longer asks you to “Finalize step” once all activities are completed, removing extra clicks and simplifying progress tracking
  • Report PDF experience updates: We improved the PDF template and preview experience to make it clearer and more consistent with what you see in reports. This includes clearer dummy data labeling in previews, more intuitive step handling in the UI, and improved default footer content for generated PDFs. These changes aim to reduce confusion and produce cleaner documents

Fixed bugs

  • Reliable page redirects with saved filters: Links that include *.com/ now keep your filters and other settings when redirecting, so you don’t lose your context
  • Text input won’t auto‑format on locked steps: Rich text fields stop pushing changes when a step is locked or inputs are disabled, preventing unintended edits and formatting changes
